No dump valve/turbo chatter etc
i would search as im sure its been discussed to death, but all i get is archive crap that doesnt answer my question.
removing dump valve to get the blade cuttin the air noise,is it safe on a standard 95 WRX ?
IF the blades broke, would shards of metal go into the inlet and cause **** ?
heard a 200sx with it done,sounded nice.
is it doable ?

Yes, you just need to remove the BOV and blank the pipework, the TD04 is quite robust, but inducing "compressor surge" will age the turbo faster and result in an earlier failure than would otherwise have been the case.
If the blades break they usually don't get past the intercooler.
I think it sounds cr@p on a road car, but vive la difference!
The smaller your turbo, the louder and easier it is to get compressor surge, when I blanked my BOV (to test if it was leaking, which it was) and it was almost impossible to lift off without some surge!
