PFR6B / PFR7B

What is the correct gap for the above plugs, Ive searched the threads and im getting different answers.

The PFR6B spark plug is 0.7
The PFR7B spark plug ive read 0.6 / 0.65 / 0.7

So what does the PFR7B spark plug get set to ?
