Is the 112mph top speed of the jap-spec 22B due to the gearing or is a top speed limiter fitted.

What price should you pay for a good condition jap-spec 22B with 46'000miles?

112mph llimiter is electronic, £25k will buy a good example, £20k and you might be lucky.
