Default cold air (innir wing) induction kits for pre 97 classics?

Hi guys

just wonderd if anyone could help me out. ive orderd my front mount intercooler and im in the process of getting a decent induction kit. basically im after one that goes into youre innerwing like the aps cold air induction. looked on there website and they dont do one for the pre 97 cars with slightly different airbox/intake.

So who else can i get one off or are there any simular ones for my 96 classic? takeing in to account i have my fmic to fit!

thanks guys

Not a direct answer to your question but how about lengthening the pipe from the maf to the air filter? Bringing a pipe from it and through the inner wing, then attach your regular filter. Maybe even a splash shield at the bottom of the filter to keep the **** from sparking up on it?.. It would be custom anyhow.

remember that you may need a remap if doing anything like this.

as when i fitted my aps caik, i have to get my mapper to rescale my maf sensor, as the air flow over the maf is different.

worth checking out.

another thing other wise is fitting a good heat shield
this is a good template that will help you out
