boostin problems

i have a 1996 sti with a full ss exhaust turbo back and i am havin problems in 4th and 5th gears when on boost it stops like hittin a brick wall wondering if any body had any suggestions thanks.

fuel cut, turn the boost down.

2nded.....usually first triggers at 4k rpm (UK models).....
