Default Injector Question

My car is currently fitted 380cc injectors, but am having 440cc ones fitted tomorrow before the car is re-mapped next week

Will i be ok driving it with the 440cc ones fitted over the weekend with just the standard ECU?

imo no the boost/fuelling map of the standard ecu won't cope with the extra flow of the bigger injectors.
It will run but if you go on boost it won't be happy.

yes, there is not a mega difference in flow but ideally drive off boost etc..
