smoke on spool up

car behind me with lights on noticed smoke couldent tell witch colour mind you on 94000 miles could it be time for new turbo

Need to know the colour before covering the possibilities..
Black... overfueling / unburnt fuel / poor state of tune
Blue.... Burning oil . Rings / seals dependant on revs when it smokes
White.... water related...Head gasket?
