Default Throttle position sensor

Can you remove the throttle position sensor and clean it, cause its showing an ecl on my car (1994 jdm WRX). If so then what should i clean it with?

Not much you can do with a TPS, it's a sealed unit, nothing much to clean. Just check that none of the 4 wires to it are broken etc and that the plug is clicked in place. If you have no joy find one at a wreckers... the same TPS is used on pretty much all 2.2 NA Legacy 91 on and 2.0 RS (as well as WRX) it's a JECS unit.

Oh BTW remember to reset the ECU after you change it.
