I wouldn't have thought there would be much difference but have you thought about a Sports Cat?

I (and many others on here) have gone for the Ninja @ £299 and it flies through the MOT on its own. Apparently only 2bhp difference also between straight decat and Ninja Sports Cat.

I have done loads of searching on "which downpipe" etc, but looking at Andy F site and few other places, most people agree not to go for a twin dump pipe or a HKS downpipe, shy of that any open mouthed 3" downpipe seems good. (as long as it is not a cheap Chinese copy) I have chosen the H&S as when I was last a Subaru4U Len had one there and it looked really well made and weighed only a few kilos, very light. Which is a key thing for me to save weight where ever possible.
