as title states,is there any way to identyfy 550 injectors on my new scoob which is a mod ive been told has been done to it...any info would be appreciated thanx

 

I think if im right in thinkin there pink in colour.The 440's are blue.

 

i have seen a set in blue and they are deffo 550's! the only way i can think of to be sure would be to take out one and have a look, its always wrote on them

Yellow injectors are standard 440 classic sti, although i have nismo 550's which are also yellow.

I've bought some Power Enterprise 550's for my V5 STI Type R and they are red

 

i may paint mine a nice shade of chocolate brown! i havent seen them yet!!!lol

 

looks like its not a good idea to judge on colour alone! Mine are blue.

cheers fellas its a my97 uk spec with loads of toys an visable upgrades i can see but also other upgrades that have apparently been done im just trying to c if its true or not.another question is he said it has tubular headers what are these im asuming it changes the sound of the scooby cos mine dont sound like a normal scoob.what sort of power should my scoob run with these mods,apexi fc an comander,apexi cold induction,apexi 550 injectors,walbro,fmc,vf28 turbo,hks full decat,up pipe, down pipe,equal length tubular headers?its got a avcr apexi boost controller an was set on 1.35 bar does this sound right its just that the engine light flickers on high in the revs so i turned it down to a bar just incase
