Default Fitting guide for a Bailey dump valve

I am sorry to say but I am a complete novice with anything mechanical!! I bought a Bailey dump valve (DV12 I think...) for my 2001 bug and I'm lost on how to fit it!! Its bad I know! I've used the search on SNET but cannot find an idiots guide to fitting one. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Any help appreciated.

Cheers

Nathan

does it have a triangular base and mounts to the intercooler on the right hand side as you look at the engine bay?If so its easy, remove the recirculating valve from the intercooler, held on with 2 13mm bolts, take off the old recirc, block the return pipe with the bung you get with it bolt the baileys to the intercooler and connect the small breather to the top of the baileys, job done

Cheers for that mate. I wouldnt have had a problem if the 'salesman' in Tweaks sold me the correct one. Got it exchanged and all done now!
