Hi, ive got a My00 uk impreza with the dreaded surging problem!
Has anyone sorted this problem...of course ive looked at the related posts on many sites but no one seems to be able to give it a specific cure.

Many say its the Ecu, maf, intercooler 'o' ring, knock sensor, boost solenoid etc (the list goes on)

Is there a diy remap for the My00? will any other year Ecu fit or is it just the 1999 & 2000 models? (have read that both years suffer this problem)

Any help would be great as the car is a pig to drive.

 

Changing the lamda sensor cured my (my00) surging...... Well greatly reduced it anyway.
