it is a great Turbo, with the Right mods you will see around the 400bhp area (but only with Injectors etc too)

You will need 650cc jobbies ideally, I've mapped several now using the 'H and they always come up trumps as long as the car has the right supporting mods and you use decent fuel.

best regards

One of these along with bigger Injectors is next on my list once my suspension goes on. Hoping for around the magical 400 mark

I have 550cc injectors but running at higher pressure and upto about 88%IDC so your choice really just dont go too big.

I run 550cc injectors at 4 bar fuel pressure and have them running at 94% IDC. This is on a 20g with 10% meth too.

Bob Rawle is in Swindon (BRDevelopments) and he's a very good mapper. He doesn't do mechanical work, but he can probably suggest someone who can do the work for you in his vincinity.

From the thread title, 321H I would expect, they sit on the shelf alongside my 20G's to keep them company

Sti pinks max out around 400bhp on raised fuel pressure. The exact figures will vary from car to car and also depend on any fuel additives, for example if you run with 10% methanol then you generally need more injector duty for the same boost level.

Andy in your opinion is the MD321H worth the extra outlay over a TD05 20G??

Difficult one ! Its capable of approx 20bhp more on the same fuel but comes on boost slightly later (in my experience)
If you have the injectors, induction and exhaust to support it then on the new age Sti it probably is worth the extra.
On a Classic with higher mileage or a newage WRX then aiming for 400+ may not be the best idea on the std internals.
