Bob Rawle is in Swindon (BRDevelopments) and he's a very good mapper. He doesn't do mechanical work, but he can probably suggest someone who can do the work for you in his vincinity.

From the thread title, 321H I would expect, they sit on the shelf alongside my 20G's to keep them company
Sti pinks max out around 400bhp on raised fuel pressure. The exact figures will vary from car to car and also depend on any fuel additives, for example if you run with 10% methanol then you generally need more injector duty for the same boost level.

If you have the injectors, induction and exhaust to support it then on the new age Sti it probably is worth the extra.
On a Classic with higher mileage or a newage WRX then aiming for 400+ may not be the best idea on the std internals.

Difficult one ! Its capable of approx 20bhp more on the same fuel but comes on boost slightly later (in my experience)
