I was at trax 2007 and i heard a few scobies make a chattering noise when they let there revs off i think it was,, and i watch some rallycross cars today and they did the same noise can anyone tellme what it is and how i get my car to do it,,
do i need to buy anything and how much ,,

Do a search for wastegate chatter.. should keep you busy for a few hours

 

External waste gate is why the rally cars chatter.
Will need a different turbo than the standard one though.
