Revolution Exhaust - How loud ?
I've priced up adding a full 3" Revolution Exhaust, complete with hi-flow cat to my 2007 standard WRX euro import. I am also going to go for the relatively standard looking 'prodrive style' backbox - 4" tailpipe as opposed to having anything gigantic... The exhaust is being fitted primarily to increase performance, as I'm having the turbo changed by Andy Forrest, but want to maintain a degree of discretion in the neighbourhood !.. just wondered therefore how loud the revolution exhaust is ? (Nice subaru burble, but otherwise the quieter the better for me !).. Thanks.

The Revolution exhaust is certainly a neighbour friendly exhaust and is highly recommended. Should get good gains with it, inc the downpipe.

Just for example, both filmed at the same rolling road day, although the 1st car has Magnex headers and a fair few engine mods, and mine's fairly standard, both cars have Revolution downpipes.

If I was worried about the neighbours, the Revolution exhaust is the one I would be choosing.

Guys... thanks very much.. especially for the videos. I'm convinced !! Looking forward to having the 'moderate' exhaust and the mods. My WRX at the moment sounds like a Totota Yaris ! Thanks again everyone.
