Default limp mode

Hi fitted a avcr and im only getting 0.5 bar of boost and the engine check light is on. If the car is in limp mode would the boost solinoid work ? the reason im asking this is my readings on my avcr are saying the solinoid is reading 0

check for error codes here

but I presume you have plumbed it wrong or the AVC-R is not set up right

Have you removed the original solenoid? it needs to be plugged in electrically on the original ecu otherwise it throws a CEL.

Thanks Simon i did have it unplugged but when I saw the cel light on I plugged it back in, I haven’t altered the avcr settings apart from the etc menu, I have disconnected the battery over night to reset the ecu in case it was in limp mode and retry tomorrow to see if I can get increased boost

standard setting is 0.6bar and 30% duty which is what you are getting give or take a bit

ta the thing that seems funny is the sol duty is 0 and stays there whatever the revs, just want to make sure things are working for when i get you to map it
