Ok,
Maybe I misqouted someone. I was actually told . . . .
leave the standard one on or you might find that it runs like a bag of ****e and might possibly decrease power
Has anyone had the same experiances - I have searched all over the place but I can't find any posts or threads relating to any issues.
Many thanks

search harder and you will see that its been talked about a 1000 times before some for and some against, have a pick through the threads and make your own mind up!if you already have it i'd fit and see for your self as its only a 10min job and change back to the oem if its no good

I fit an SSQV to my STi7,
I did run badly but this can be mapped out.
I removed it as it didn't sound like I wanted it too.
If you like the noise then get it mapped with it on
