Default Rev drops very low...

When coming to a halt the revs drop very low on my car, to the point sometimes the defi`s beep and the ignition lights flash on, it then hunts and goes back to normal.
Spec is:
P1, sti panel filter, blitz dump, nur spec centre + backbox.

Only had the car a day so I havent had chance to take things off etc to test, what may be the likely reason?

Best suggestion. Take it to a specialist and put it on select monitor. Get a diagnosis.

On my car, I switched the MAF (nope, no difference), opened up the idle control valve (found nothing untoward). On mine it was the lambda sensor. Which I found out by taking it for a service at Subaru4you and mentioning that I had a running problem.

I could have saved myself a lot of angst and worry just by taking it there in the first place.

J.

I had the same problem, was pulling up to traffic lights and car just wanted to nearly cut out. Changed my MAF sensor and now car is running good.
