Question Best WRX remap/price??

N reg WRX fully decatted BTW.

I know you can go the whole 9 yards and get a new ECU and have the car mapped up to the limit like with a Hydra but am i right in thinking this is expensive?? ie £1000+?

Is a Map on the standard ECU expensive? Hard to do? What are the limitations on using the standard one? Can you Map it for V power so you don't have to use booster?

So many questions i know but

PolarPerformance should answer a few questions.
Or see Enduring Solutions Limited for your local dealer

Hi depending on mods etc is deciding if it needs a map mines on a m reg and after 440cc injectors FMIC TDO5 + matched ecu i will be getting a map because it will run rich and many other things depending on where you live should decide but i am driving the distance to go to simon aka jolly green monster why hes is rated but most of all he`s always offering advice and help not just on mapping but on many many things which just shows dedication to the cause, but 1. do you need it 2. location . 3. if any other mods wait intill you have put them on or it will be map after map....

Or look for a second hand scooby ecu board and plug it in , comes with generic map good for around 280 bhp can pick up for around £125 just hard to find , they are mostly set for tdo5 turbo .
