Your TD05 16G might get you there, but you may have to swap it for a TD05 18G. However you will definitely need:
AndyForrestPerformance
- uprated intercooler - STi 8 or FMIC
- uprated fuel pump
- bigger injectors - 440s/550s
- full decat exhaust and uprated panel filter
- ecu swap - e.g. Apexi Power FC
- remap.

STi8 intercooler is a major job to fit on the early inlet manifolds so a FMIC would be the easier option. You can get them fairly cheap these days.
Would be advisable to fit a fuel pressure regulator.
A decent induction kit would be a better option if your aiming for 350bhp

The 90 elbow on your current turbo is restrictive to the power level you want, uprated injectors a must, also reccomend a uprated fuel pump and poss a new regulator if your standard item gets over powererd, full decat exhaust, agree a fmic would be easier to fit,so an induction kit would be unavoidable,a chip upgrade if not a mapable ecu will be needed for the 1.25-1.3 bar needed to reach 350 that you want.....

thanks again for the help. I was planning on getting a stand alone? ecu as I would like to have 2 maps one for 95 ron and one for 98 ron as it can be a pain in the *** getting super on the isle of wight also it would be nice to have antilag, flat shift and launch control
How do you get over the 90 degree turbo problem?

Convert the cover to front entry which would give a straighter inlet path, trouble is there might not be the room under your existing inlet manifold to run a pipe to the turbo from the airbox without raising it with spacers.... not a bad thing incidentally as charge temps can be rduced that way too.... two differeing maps is a good idea in principle, but bear in mind it might take a couple of tankfulls to clear the lower grade fuel to the higher one for example,so running more boost and ignition ona fuel supply thats not exactly at its best could cause problems.
