Default DV STICKING

HI IF MY DV WAS STUCK OPEN WOULD IT STOP ME FROM COMING ON BOOST OR WOULD IT OVER BOOST? CAR RUNS FINE OFF BOOST BUT AS SOON AS I PUT MY FOOT DOWN IT I ONLY GET 0.5 BOOST AND A BAD MISSFIRE I ALSO CAN HEAR A LOT OF AIR UNDER BONNET AS IF A INTAKE PIPE HAS COME OFF BUT CHECKED THE AND ALL ARE FINE. GOT SOME MORE COIL PACKS ON THE WAY AND PLUGS

FMIC FITTED,DAWES DEVICE.255 PUMP,FULL DE-CAT, PORTED TURBO,PORTED HEADERS,SLIPJOINT UP-PIPE,KN FILTER

Have you checked your intercooler pipes??? Sounds like one could be split

If your dv is indeed stuck open then it would make negligable boost as it would not allow the air pressure to build up in the pipework... broken spring perhaps,though i would again check all pipework and clips as they may appear to be ok,but under boost might be slipping off and re seating again.....

checked dv working fine checked pipes again the only 2 i carnt realy see is the 2 on the intercooler it self got some more coils and plugs 2day will get them in 2moro and get it on the ramps to check the intercooler
