Default Mounting points on 2002 UK back box?

Anyone got pics of 2002 uk uk backbox handy?

I remember some time ago that there's a difference between the 2001 and 2002 mountings just on the back box - a bar goes in a different way or something.

Is the 02-06 fittings the same for WRx's?

The current backbox on my 2002 WRX came off a 2006 STI and it fits perfectly, so all the Newages are the same AFAIK. This is a pic of a WR Sport backbox I used to have on my car.

Think new age 2001's had a different angle bracket but looks like rest the same.

Yes - the change was made for the first bugeyes. The centre hanger I (near the top on the pic above, the other side of the silencer) is the other way around on classics. You can still put newage backboxes on classics though - just don't use the hanger. But 2001 and 2002 cars are the same. Unless you have a classic made at the very beginning of 2001 - there are a few.

Ah, I see, I must of been sent a classic back box for 01 model when she's an 02...cheers
