Default iscv

hello

im half way threw my project on my ra and just finished fitting my big turbo but know its 4" inlet with a filter bolted straight to the turbo.

so my question is what do i do with the iscv inlet can i just put a mini air filter on it or is there another mod that will help me

all advice welcome thanks

Mini filter will do the trick.

just wanted to make sure it wasnt going to runn lumpy on tickover.

is this something that the mapper controlles know with the apexi

On the apexi power fc the only way you can get away with using a mini filter is if you run a mafsim. Otherwise you have to meter the air through a MAF and therefore the iscv has to be piped up to the inlet so the power fc knows the amount of air entering the engine. Without the mafsim you will have to consider using an ecu other than the apexi that runs MAP instead of MAF.

what problems would this cause if it was done on a power fc without mapsim
