Question

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has pics of a Forge Dump valve fitted to a 99uk turbo. Im getting one and need a few pics in order to fit the valve. Its supposed to be an easy job, is it?.

Yep its very easy, i havent got a pic but i will try to describe it the best i can.

Firstly, find your std dump valve (bolted onto right hand side of intercooler) remove the 2 hoses from it and undo the 2 bolts either side. There is a rubber gasket which you will probably need when you refit the new forge valve. Fitting the forge valve should be the reverse operation, bolt it on with gasket in place then attach vacuum hose and recirc if it is needed. Thats it.
