Smile 1/4mile time wrx

Hya,

Iam going to york raceway tomorrow for the rwyb event, I have a 1994 wrx import, it has been decatted with a larger exhaust system, I dont know if its been chipped I have'nt had chance to get it to the rollers yet.

Can anybody tell me what time I should be expecting or can anybody tell me the standard 1/4mile time?

Also Is my turbo a td05 if so are these ok and what bhp can it make?

Thanks Mark

I would have thought in the region of 13.7 to 14.5 depends how aggressive your launch is.

Its a silver wagon classic P6 SYS is the plate! dont get out much though. Not going to york this time. I went last bank holiday first time in this scooby and ran a 13.7 which is not bad as its standard! My last one got torched outside the house (long story) that one was running 12.5s Hoping to get this one running the same soon. Have fun.

Cheers Paul

Hya,

I have saw a silver wagon kicking about but did'nt take any notice of the plate probs you It would be great to do a 13.7 we will have to see, I will let you know.

You must of done a fair bit of work to get your last scooby to get a 12.5, that is quick.

Cheers mark

I'll be there tomorrow.

I think under 14s is ok for a fairly standard car.

13.42 @ 103.6 mph

Wasn't happy with my times today, but that can be put down to a few things. You got a pic of your car?

I was in this:

First time racing? 13.9 is a good time.

Sorry I'm not that technical to help with your boost issue.

Cheers mate.

Things just weren't going right for me today. Lack of traction, poor launches. Someone commented to Lisa, that it seemed like my 1st gear was too short.

Ho hum. Had fun apart from the waiting to run, and my car lives to fight another day.

Send a PM to Bug Eyed Peas and as him to email you the hi-res version. Anthony's a good lad, sure he'll oblige.
