Default Exhausts and premium petrol

Hey guys.

I've got my MY03 and loving it to bits, but the standard exhaust does it no favours. I'm very tempted by either an H&S or a Scoobyworld Racebox backbox and a diff centre. However, Scoobyworld have a section for classic turbo, classic sport and new age turbo. Nothing for a newage sport so my question is thus, will a Scoobyworld exhaust that they have listed under "newage turbo" fit onto my sport?

Second question. Now I have my car, I've thought about high octane petrol, I know theyre primarily good for turbos due to the heating of the charge when it goes through a hot turbo, but will it make any difference to my sport? Does it have a knock sensor to make use of the higher octane petrol?

Thanks
DC
