Default Over Fuelling

Hi
I have a AFR gauge fitted to the car and normally you can see the gauge going up and down hunting around to find the correct mixture. Which I believe is normal. Now though it just sits at the rich end apart from when I lift off the throttle completely.

Oh and its not the gaue as the car is running like a dog.

Any ideas what would cause this?

Thanks
Jon

What's an AFR gauge and how do you know if you need one?
