I have fit a new bottom end, now the car wont run. Won't rev and cuts out on idle. Sounds like its popping back thru the air filter.

Checked timing, thats all correct.
Got spark.
All cams and pulleys are in the right place.
Valves seated correctly.
Checked all my sensors, there are no codes coming up.
Fuels getting to injectors.

What could be the problem, could my injectors be failing? Or some other mysterious problem.

I do appreciate any advise I have been given up to now!!

If its popping back through the filter that would suggest incorrect timing, check plug leads, injector leads are correct way round etc.

I was going to mention check plug leads are on correctly and tripple check your cam timing.

check the plugs also.. ie. they are all the same colour / one more wet etc etc

got it all sorted it was crank pulley when bottom end bust a rod put whole in block must have smashed the square bits off it.i was well happy when it started and then after bout 20 mins tick over on drive started to tap god damm bottom end has gone should have put new shells in but was told it was a good engine so gonna build new bottom end with acl mains and shells ive got three mahle pistons from my other engine can i buy 1 by its self if so i will use these piston
