Default Burning oil?

My oil seems to go low quite quickly, i have done about 500 miles since my service, and there was no oil on my dipstick, it took about 300ml of oil to get it back up to full again, this isnt normal surly?

I dont have any oil leaks, and there dont seem to be blue smoke coming out my exhaust on start up or even on full boost...

Would the oil burn and evaporate (Spelling) once in the turbo when giving it beans?

500 miles since service - Could be a clue there? Sump plug, oil filter seal? Any leak could be hidden by the undertray!

Its possible the oil level was not topped up correct in the first place, to loose that amount of oil in 500 miles without any signs what so ever would not be normal.

A bit more info on the car might help what year mileage how it’s driven etc.

Car is a 1999 (S) WRX STI Type-R
70k miles
Bottom end was rebuilt by ZEN in FEB approx 3-4k miles ago
It has the version 9 Crank assembly and conrods
New head gaskets, new crank seals and bearings etc

I drive the car quite hard once warmed up
Which results to me getting 200 miles on a 50 litre tank of fuel (Shell 99 V power)

before i done my service, there was nearly 1 litre of oil missing then....
Also when i done the service, i checked a good few times that it was full.
