Default Fitting 20g with 90 degree hose-URGENT HELP NEEDED.

Trying to fit the 90 degree hose to my 20g and it makes the air filter/maf assembly so high that it hits the bonnet

How do other people fit the 20g with a 90 degree hose ??

Any advice will be very appreciated as this is driving me mad now

I used 60mm i/d 90 samco hose with a metal insert hose joiner to fit the hose onto that goes to the air filter. The problem I have is that the samco on the turbo has to be angled to the right slightly as the inlet manifold is in the way, this then makes the air filter assembly point upwards slightly

I had the same problem, so i cut the hose to make it shorter and used a metal insert!

I trimmed the hose so much there wasn't enough of it to fit on the turbo and it still wouldn't sit in the space between turbo/manifold

I'm going to get some 57mm i/d hose with a thinner wall and see if that helps

just don't go too thin walled.. because it will suck it shut.. but if short piece with metal insert for connection to original maf hose is should be fine.
