When spooling up anything after say 0.2 bar the car rather than whistling also makes this hissing/whooshing sound.

On the guage she falls just short of 0.8bar so i can't see it being a boost problem. would loose bolts on my decat cause this problem? all gaskets are new and oe.

She feels like it isn't pulling as hard as it should.

Would my looking at the turbo to ic pipe for any splits be a good idea?

 

Check all the turbo pipes including the vacuum pipe that goes from the DV to the manifold.

 

Just had a quick nose and i saw a thin layer of oil around my forge dv, needs new seals i take it?

What's the easy way of sorting these bits out?
