Default Help choosing induction kit

Hi, now ive decided on an fmic for my sti ra 95 I need to get a new filter as the air box needs to go. I have searched through all the posts and decided to get either an apexi or HKS super power flow induction kit. Is one better then the other? Ta.

Nothing wrong with the Apexi imo,HKS is alleged to have flow rate problems but not sure which kit.
