My car is currently probducing 1.4 ish bar (peak hold) on my EVC controller. This is with the controller turned up to 100% max. Whilst I am happy with the power this is producing, I'm a little concerned that this is the max with this turbo/boost controller combination. The turbo I know should boost a lot higher (TD06-49) and the controller is rated to 2.5 bar so any ideas what the limiting factor might be?

I've checked for any loose hoses and the turbo is fitted with an uprated actuator.

don't know about the turbo check with Mark since he sold you this one?
checked for leaks in exhaust pipes and IC piping?

 

no audible leaks but i'll check again. Any other ideas?
