has anyone done this is there anything i should watch out for

Dont forget to unplug the cooling fans first alot of people forget and are yanking at the rad wondering why it wont come out

Tiz Very Easy on a classic

Remove top and bottom hoses, then Fans,the bolts can snap off as they rust in, undo the top two bolts andf the one bolt holding an oil pipe down, pull the oil pipe to the left side of the car and then lift out the old radiator, reverse the job for the installation, not forgetting the rubber grommets in the old radiator...Job done.

Dont need to remove the fans, rad comes out with them attached no worries 10 minute job! Remove the fans after the rads out to save wrecking the core.


And its not an oil pipe, thats a PAS cooling pipe.. its only on the late classics too
