Wiring headlights problem
Got this little problem , swapped a EJ25 from a WRX07 into my MY00 classic turbo
along with the complete wiring harness
and well since the 07 has bixenon lights I only seem to get around 6volts from the low beams but 12v from the high beams.. 07 got 2 seperate bulbs. and I got only 1.. I need to be able to turn off the low beam and turn on the high beam also need to get more than 6v to my low beams
any idea what people have been doing when swapping wiring harnesses and having the old lights

Xenon lights need a seperate "ballast" or electronic control unit.
Any change you have taken it with you during the swap?
These ballasts can not be used to power normal H4 hallogen lamps.
Either use a aftermarket conversion set to place Xenon lights or find out how the control units are wired in, and make up your own cables for conventional lights.
p.s. I would use an aftermarket set, much much better light plus relative cheap these days.
