Default need a/c electrical help

I recently purchased a 1985 loyale gl-10 turbo. The a/c compressor stopped engaging, there's 2 connectors going to the clutch, one has one wire, the other has two wires. The one that has 2 wires has 30 acv at 1 wire, the single wire has no voltage. Is anyone familiar with this wiring? should the single wire have voltage? what could be the problem?

hot wire electrical connector on top of drier (silver canistor in engine bay with clear disc on top) for a second. if compressor kicks in you have lack of gas in the sytem ie a leak. if not theres problem somewhere else, check relays for radiator fans as they need to work for ac to work too. there are other things to check but pretty sure it will be lack of gas. only bypass electical connector for a second or two as its not good running system without gas, lack of lubrication.
