Any benefit running a front mount on a car with exhaust and induction?
Hey Guys just wondering would I see any benefit fitting a front mount intercooler to my 06 sti spec which will have a full exhaust system and maybe induction?

no benefit whatsoever. will be laggy and you would need to pay £600+ to have it remapped. No point unless your going for 450+bhp

My mates fitted a fmic to his 05' sti with an induction kit and exhaust, your gonna need a remap with the fmic,he's noticed an increase in lag but the inlet temp has dropped substantially,if your going for further mods ie 350+bhp its worthwhile but below that an uprated top mounts probably a better choice
