Default check engine light

hi everyone one
done the check engine test with black conectors under dash no fault found but my car wont start, got started yesterday using power start fired up to 2 thousand rev then idled rough but soon as you try rev it it cuts out any ideas

Have you unpluged the connectors you put together, non of them should be together.

yes unplugged them and tried again no go
took off timing cover timing belt was one notch out gonna refit it would that stop it running right
cheers dan

ive just fit a close deck block short engine when i fit the timing belt it was out by one notch
