'95 wrx, boosts to 0.8bar ok is fine for days then over night with car sitting on drive it now only boosts to 0.5bar, then while driving it all of a sudden boosts up again, and now this morning back to 0.5 again, i can't see any pipes off, is the blower on it way out, before i buy one it had new intercooler and pipes a month ago so not that could i have a blockage somewhere

Actuator problem perhaps?
