Default Re-map options up north?

I have a 96 STI2 wagon with a full exhaust system & de-cat & walbro fuel pump, i know my ecu can't be re-mapped so im wondering what the best option is for me? Apexi, Simtek or other and where can i get it fitted & setup?

I know about Andy.F but he is booked up till the end of sept & i really want to get it sorted early sept when im off work.

cheers

jonny
