Default P1306 and P1308 CELs, JDM ver8 motor swap Q

Just signed up on here because I figured you guys have had AVCS motors forever and know more about them than us in the United States.

I just finished swapping a JDM ver8 STI motor into my bugeye wagon and am throwing these two CEL codes.
P1306 OCV Solenoid Valve Signal 1 Circuit Malfunction (open)
P1308 OCV Solenoid Valve Signal 2 Circuit Malfunction (open)

Any clue what could be causing this?

When people do the swap over here is normally done as a complete job with loom & Ecu so no fault codes come up

I got a wiring harness adapter from a shop here in the states but I'm waiting to here back from them about these codes. I'm running the JDM ECU also and the AVCS is wired up correctly, I just dont know what these codes mean since they're not in any USDM service manuals.

Car runs good, I havent pushed the boost yet since I'm running it on 93 octane and jdm gas is a little higher octane than that. I'm not sure what spool is supposed to be like on a VF37 but it seems slower than the VF29 I had on my stock motor. I'm sure it will make up for it on the topend.
