Anyone know what would happen if I switched the owners name on the log book of a car to another one at the same address. The simple answer would be to say that it would count as an extra owner on the owners history. But does it?

 

yeah it does add another owner to the log book i did that a while back and it added one more previous owner

Yep it does, done it, swapped from my other half to me because the garage put his name on it and we didint realise...... and she was a present to me

 

just keep another copy in the history folder or the one you have now and the new one to show in the future that it wasn't a change of keeper,
