Hi, having a problem with the boost on my car on the gauge its reads the following:

1st gear 0.4
2nd gear 0.5
3rd gear 0.6-0.7
4th gear 0.9
5th gear 0.9-1 and sometimes seems to go off the gauge.

Its a 96 WRX RA and its running standard boost, well its meant to be ! anyone have any idea what this could be ? all gears used to be around 0.9.

The wastegate actuator may need tightening, worth checking. You could also try cleaning the boost control solenoid with brake cleaner.
