Default Spark plugs for my classic

I know this has been covered before... but I've been reading so much that I'm not 100% sure of it now...

I have a MY96 GT Turbo. Running 3" decated Mongoose exhaust, BOV and soon to be maped as well, increasing the boost a little bit.

I would like to change my spark plugs. Should I go with the standard PFR6B or better the colder PFR7B?

These are the ones I'm looking for: eBay España: NGK spark plug PFR7B (plugs) PFR7-B trade price 4853 (item 250095666635 hora de finalización 14-sep-07 02:44:11 H.Esp)

Cheers

If you are thinking of tuning then I'd go for PFR7B's, thats what was recommended to me from a very reputable person on SNet...
