Front Bumper MY95 - Straight Swop MY99?

I need to purplise my front bumper and wondering about "upgrading" to an MY99 one, so would seem a good opportunity/reason to do so.

Is it just a straight swop? What about indicator wiring, still the same?

i swapped my bumper from a my98 sti4 to the new shape my 99 & it was a straight swap all bolt holes & indicators
