When and £££????

 

I've just had mine done at kwik fit for £35, usually £45, but I needed two tyres so got the discount. Takes about 45mins for the system check then re gas.

45 mins seems a bit quick normally takes a couple of hours!!
did they just top up?
i normally charge £45 for full pressure test ,deep vac gas up with oil and dye!

 

Well it was approx 45 mins. There was no cooling at all from my aircon, but now its icy cold even without recirculated air. The unit just plugs on and is fully automated and will only re gas once the vacuum checks have passed, well thats what the kwikfit guy said.

 

45 mins, i thought that was a long time !!

when i bouhgt the stuff from halfords it was done in 5-1o mins, and that was cause it was the 1st time i did it, i could do it in about 3 mins, now, a full system recharge,no other chemicals in there like cleaner or anything tho
