Default Does it matter if MAF is at an angle ?

the induction kit im fitting (old style Greddy airinx) needs me to twist the MAF so the connector is,how to describe, the connector is pointing at 7 o clock instead of the normal 9 o clock

will this matter ?

wouldnt of thought so,im sure it wont,but thought id ask

I fitted an APS cold air kit that rotates my maf so the wiring is now pointing down instead of the original location of horizontal. Its rotated through 90degs to to be clear.

Now as long as airflow is still the same though the maf then you should be ok.

As above it makes no difference on what degree the maf sits at.
