damp value

hi guys could you tell me the best damp value for my uk impreza 2000 turbo .. car is on a 2000 plate and best place and price to get it thanks

Do you mean dump valve?
If so the best one is the standard recirc but if you do have to get 1 the HKS ssqv is meant to be good
