Tapping noise

Probably hard to diagnose fault but if you hold the revs just above idle you can a tapping noise coming from the drivers side. anyone had this before?
is it something to worry about

is that a def answer?
did think it might be that but wanted to check

Put your head to the drivers side suspension turret and lightly revs the engine by hand and you'l hear it clicking away.
