Information on the mv pickup required
Where do I start!
I am about to start a project converting an mv pickup to a 2.5 turbo. The plan is to use an impreza turbo front cross member and hubs and shafts and a type R dccd gearbox. All this is fairly straight forward the loom is made the dash modified to take legacy clocks (impreza one's dont fit very well ) and so on. I have met with a small problem with the rear end as the suspension setup is completely different and without a lot of fabrication it is going to be difficult. The brakes are currently drums and call me a coward but I would like rear discs. I am told that The GLF turbo ran rear discs and they are the same splines as the mv pickup. if anyone can confirm this I would be greatful. Hopefully we can then fit rear discs which can then be drilled for the 5 stud wheels.
Any help with information for this project would be gratefully received
